Tool to read Vcore

Which tool (software) is better to use to read CPU vcore?

I got totally diff. number from PC Wizard 2006, AI Suit and even in BIOS.....

Vcore set in BIOS: 1.5675v ... PCWizard reads 1.34v .. AISuite reads 1.528v

The most accurate way is with a DMM.
I dont trust S/W readings
