Looking for a tools, mostly for automotive related stuff - ratchets, etc. Anyone know of any decent toolkits for under $50?

My roomate had a nice toolkit he got from Costco for right around 50 last year. It was very complete too. Sorry but I can't remember the brand or anything.
 
walmart has it for 20 bucks.

I bought a toolbox from a guy for 10 bucks, I left it on the car roof and it finally flied off after I drove 10miles +
 
pepboys has pretty decent cheap tookits. the $50 one comes with A LOT of tools. not as good quality wise as craftman (sears) but gets the job done and is decent quality.
