Do you know if this is the one that comes with the booklet and CD also? I see that it says limited edition but for some reason the stupid picture won't show up. I don't know if there's only one version or not, but I saw the other thread that mentioned a booklet and a CD with live performances. Is this the same thing, if so great deal!

I believe there's only 1 version. Well 2, one with DVD, another with VHS.

Yeah, down toward the bottom it says it comes with DVD and booklet. If you want the VHS version, just click Tool up near the top and you will see the other version with the tape.
