Very cool that they're rebuilding these old streets but they don't have to be doing this at 3am.

You really should clean it once in awhile although I've heard that if you clean it too much you'll end up with a belly ache.

they do it then because there is virtually no traffic to deal with

they do highway work in the middle of the night also, because if they did it during the day it would seriously mess up traffic,

they are currently digging up most of Mass ave in cambridge and they do most of the work at night as well

I was annoyed, trying to get some sleep (or tang from the lady). I took the pics out of my 3rd floor window to see the progress. They were just getting halfway done. (notice half of the road is dark and the other light gray)

Nah, just got a killer deal in a townhouse that's all. My gf and I were searching for apartments for over 6 months and every 2 bedroom apartment was well over $2500 and were all small, dirty and in not so very good areas. We found this place after we hit up one of the bigger brokers.

The landlord was probably in a hurry to rent it out because the original rent price was $3800/month. We got it for way less than that : ) 2 bedroom, pre-war, carpeted stairwell, fireplace and sweet lookin original hardwood floors with high ceilings and french windows. I can't complain except that it makes me feel a bit lazy due to the laidback and 'retirement' type of environment. There are also quite a few big celebrities that live nextdoor and all around the block.
