Unfortunately there's no video of my best run (maybe I can persuade black2na to post some of the others), but I do have this:

I'm happy. I didn't want to beat the shit out of the car so I didn't push it any harder than that...since it's my daily (and the MR2 is in pieces), a broken transmission would've been cause for a very bad day. All is well! :D

That is not a headline I ever expected to read. Nice times!

Thanks! When I get to AZ I'll sell the Accessport and get a real tune, which should give a little more power - but for now, she's done.

In progress pic from the IC install a few hours before the track:

Very nice jLee, it must be quite a sight seeing that unique profile blazing down the track. 13s are solid!

Instant thread fail? :p

Isn't that the same time the douche in the M3 did? :)

I think there's video of my previous run - I ran three times and went back out to do one more, and pulled a 13.8 but only a 2.1 60'. I knew I botched that launch so I went around again for one more and didn't tell JCH13 & Black2na so they started packing up tools/etc...then I pulled a 1.8 60' with the 13.65 time. :(

Oddly enough, I ran the exact same ET (13.650) with my MR2 in 08 (with a 2.0 60' and a trap of 103mph)...if all goes well today, the MR2 may be racing tomorrow night. :D

Still running the stock turbo or did you do a VF swap?

I'd keep the Accessport just for the datalogging capabilities.

Why not just get a custom AP tune? I like the ability to switch maps without going to a tuner (unless you go open source obviously).

I could but I really don't see myself switching tunes for anything anyway - and if I end up with multiple tunes, I can flash them with Opensource anyway. ;)

Because, and this is funny, this is just a daily "beater". Its not his fast car that gets screwed around with that often to need extensive tuning capabilities :D

Haha, that's ridiculous. A 13.6 1/4 mile in a wagon! Imagine if it didn't have all that extra weight on the back. It's probably shave .3 seconds off the time. Nice sleeper.

Yeah that is impressive time for most family cars let alone a wagon.

Yeah that same setup on a WRX is good for high 12's, 12.7-8 ish with a good launch.

On an '04, or a newer 2.5? I'd probably have it with a proper tune - Cobb OTS maps are not known for making a lot of power. They say 285 flywheel with this map, and a real tune should put me just shy of 300 wheel.

From the numbers I've found, I'm 14lb lighter than an 04 STi. :p

Awesome car and time :)

The concept reminds me of the days Volvo ran 850 station wagons in the British Touring Car Championship - something awesome about a blasted great boxy wagon burning up the field :D

Ok JLEE I'm out of the loop. What car do you have, and what parts are in the forester?

I wanna run a mid to low 13 in the 1/4!!! (never raced mine, afraid to blow my stock tranny)
