Smells like a pool in here now. Any idea what the put in the fluid to keep bacteria from building up?
 
Cooler stopped working after a power surge and was replaced. I came across it today and wanted to see why/if it would work.

Water was still in it, had a nice green color to it. No visible singe marks on the board either. Still could not get it to work, so it's being recycled. I assuming it was one of the chips that gave out.
