Too much power?

Hello all. I'm currently seriously considering going for a P1.6a and trying my luck overclocking. The problem is I don't know if my power supply can handle it. I'm currently using a Antec 300W PS, but I have all my PCI slots loaded, 4 hard drives, a DVD-ROM drive, a CD-RW, and a CD-Rom drive. This beast sucks up a lot more power then most system :) I'm currently running a P3 700 @933, but was wondering if the power drain from upgrading to a P4 (or an athlon XP if a certain deal pulls through) would be over the top.

With all the those devices and I assume you will try to oc a bit....I would get more...may try it first and if it doesn't wrk then you could always unplug a few drives and such then order a 350 or 400watt ps....

Does it have the p4 12v on it??? If not you may be limited to asus mobos which offer the use of standard 4 connector plugs with your PS now...
