"Too much Mayo" == "Justifiable Homicide"?

A: This ain't P&N.

B: Ain't justified. Dude's already been snatched up and will be eatin' S.O.S. for the rest for his life.

There are a lot of angry people today.

What do people have to be angry about?

While I agree that mayo is the Devil's semen I don't agree that putting it unwanted on a sandwich is worthy of killing someone.

Guy is going to be eating fresh in jail now. He'll have to hope his cell mate is a 6 inch and not a 12 inch. The mayo will not be optional.

Kind of wonder what goes through someone's mind that they actually kill someone over something this petty though. It's one thing to be angry and act like a karen, but to actually kill someone? I imagine this person has some anger issues, maybe also mental issues. Serious anger built up inside over a long period until he finally snapped.

There's no guarantee he'll get life. He might get manslaughter or claim mental health to adjust his sentence.
Crimes are as defined by the state. Voluntary manslaughter does not carry a life sentence. While "too much mayo" intuitively appears to be insufficient to provoke a response to turn, that doesn't mean intuition corresponds with the actual logic.

I suspect the shooter knew about this distinction and is ready with some defense that the workers provoke him in some way.

Criminals are off-the-record legal professionals. The only non-professionals are the bourgeois non-businessmen middle classers. The reason some criminals "reform" and become lawyers is because the difference is not significant between doing many criminal activities and being a lawyer.

Felony Murder - OCGA § 16-5-1
  • (a) A person commits the offense of murder when he unlawfully and with malice aforethought, either express or implied, causes the death of another human being.
  • (b) Express malice is that deliberate intention unlawfully to take the life of another human being which is manifested by external circumstances capable of proof. Malice shall be implied where no considerable provocation appears and where all the circumstances of the killing show an abandoned and malignant heart.
  • (c) A person also commits the offense of murder when, in the commission of a felony, he causes the death of another human being irrespective of malice.
  • (d) A person convicted of the offense of murder shall be punished by death, by imprisonment for life without parole, or by imprisonment for life.
Seems like crime of passion is not covered in such the statutes.

Sadly you're probably right. Those lower tier scum always seem to be able to avoid getting in any kind of trouble.

Speaking of lower tier scum, this is a good classic. Nobody died this time but they probably had to bring in a hazmat team to completely clean the kitchen lol.

I have to say, being able to poop on demand like that is quite impressive though.

Mayo, meh this was most likely about disrespect, how the customer was treated.

That's not an excuse to escalate to deadly violence, but take note that people have short fuses these days and if you disrespect them in real life, anything could happen.

Again, it's not an excuse, but Reality 101... if you gamble on the outcome of your behavior instead of trying to be civil, sooner or later, you will lose.

Uh no. People that murder people don't just avoid getting out of trouble in cases like this if they are caught. What are you talking about? Get off those dumb fucking rightie websites that have melted your mind.

Oh. Well except white cops, most of the time.

Georgia is lax when it comes to "passion murders". They even call it voluntary manslaughter and cap the term at 20 years. Bring in matters of "good behavior", (if black, racist treatment), mental health, culpability of the worker, and the prosecutor wanting a slam dunk plea deal, and there's a good chance this guy is only getting 10 years. The gun laws are also more lax there. Permitless open carry was put into effect on April 22, 2022. This incidentally benefits the hood rats in Atlanta.

No cop can be presumed trustworthy. That's because they are too well-versed in the law and how the system actually works. Black cops and Asian cops are just as bad but they won't make the news because non-overt misconduct isn't news-worthy...or even necessarily provable.
