Also, the "sweet spot" involves ringing in your ears without bugs crawling on your skin. ;)
This thread has inspired me to make six cups of coffee and drink all of it. :)

Hmm. I've been told that I've possibly damaged my adrenal glands somewhat by drinking so much caffeine over the years. I've been taking Ashwagandha extract for it, and have noticed great results (been about 5 weeks).

can't abuse caffeine cuz of that cliff, if u drink more you don't get more buzz, u get nausea and the crawls and the rest.

you might be experiencing your schizophrenic break. did your mom have the flu or cold when she was in her 3rd trimester with you?

If I have an average amount of caffeine (a soda, a cup of coffee) it puts me to sleep. Any more than that and I get jittery. 5 Hour Energy's work great for me, though.

When I get used to something it relaxes me and makes me sleepy. It's weird because that applies to almost everything. Metallica and Dragonforce songs both make me drowsy, and if I've played a game too much it will make me nod off in the middle of playing it.

Sounds more like low blood sugar.
