Too many people ate pizza last night!

I live in a city of around 14,000. I work part time in a pizza shop on weekends... Last night sucked! We have never (in the 18 years I worked there) sold that much pizza in one night. Only 5 people working and 1 of those was constantly delivering. We sold enough pizza for 2000 people. Normally, I get home a little after midnight and go online, but last night, I just collapsed on the bed from exhaustion.

It's not a chain... locally owned restaurant... Probably the most popular in town, in terms of volume. We also have 2 pizza huts (I don't know why, one at each end of town), dominoes, and about 20 or so other local places that sell pizza. We had a little caesar's, but they couldn't compete with the crap they call "pizza." And, if it weren't for their lunch buffets, I think one of the pizza huts would really be hurting.

Parties baby!

On another note - after picking up my little sister from school yesterday, we were sitting at the traffic light. There used to be a Wherehouse Music that went out of business like the other ones. The huge parking lot was filled with cars and with cars circling around trying to find a parking spot. The Party City next to it was the reason for all those cars. I can't even begin to fathom that many people in that tiny Party City
