Too many fans

I just bought an 80mm panaflo for front intake fan. The problem is my fan connectors on the mobo are already full. It has a 3 pin connector or just three wires. What am i supposed to plug this thing into.
 
buy splitters or converters. no reason to plug only into m/b. or get a fan speed controller, those control at a min 4
