Too High Voltages?

System:
IWILL XP333-R
Athlon XP 1700+@1560mhz
256MB OCZ PC-3000
WD 80GB 7200rpm
WD 13GB 5400rpm
GF4 Ti4200 128MB
16X DVD-ROM
16x12x40 TDK Burner
Intel Pro 100/S
300W PSU

Voltages (Folding@Home Running):
3.3V=3.24V
5V=5.03V
12V=12.60V

I've always heard about crap PSUs putting out too low voltages, but this is the first time I've seen too much. My system runs fine (24/7 Folding @ Home), but should I be concerned about any long-term effect?
