Too good to be true?

Someone agreed to sell me a Sony Vaio VGN T360 for 1400 bucks! That's like 600 less than the street price, but the guy does have around 500 ebay positive feedback.

What do you guys think?

500 positive feedbacks is not really a lot. Ebayers tend to give positives even it isn't quite so.
Is it 2nd hand? The price is resonable with 2nd hand cause 2nd hand price is usually ~50%
