Tony Hawk's Proving Ground for PS3

Is this game decent? Anything like the previous THPS games? I got this for my birthday and don't want to open it up if it sucks.

Sounds like you should trade it for Skate instead, but I haven't played either myself.

Only played the demo of TH, but bought Skate, i would say its a much better game. controls alot like Fight Night, very fluid, almost natural. Iwould return it for Skate.

I havn't played either, but from what I understand, Skate is the game to get these days. Seems like others agree.
