Tons of Scanned Comics whats a good........

Backup program for backing up these scanned comics to DVD+RW's so I could restore incase my HD crashes.

SO I need to backup to DVD+RW because I am always editing my comic directorys adding issues and what not.
Once I have a complete set (all issues) then I can just burn a DVD+ but I want compression to be used so for now I need a backup program.

No not nero, I need a backup program that will back up 80+gigs with compression and disk spanning. Nero won't do thats a burning program I need a backup program.

On a side note, what's a good program that will format/arrange the comic so that I can send it to the print so it comes out like the original?

Yes, Thats only about 10,000 comics, I have been a comic book collector since 1977 and I have traded scans with other collectors so we may enjoy the comics with out ruining the original comic. A great way to maintain the value of your collection while enjoying your comics with others and yourself.

I have no idea I do not print them out.

Is there some sort of standard format for scanning? like 300DPI, etc? How do you get around the thin paper of the comic pages from showing the other side through?
