Tons of Files need to be moved.....

I have about 3 folders each with about 50 files in them on my work computer. I do not have access to the tower as it is locked in a casing so I cant use a usb flash drive. I usually just email a file to my home email address but this would take forever to attach each one.

Is there a site where I could just upload the folders and then download them when I get home? Or is there any other way I can transfer them? I cant use a remote desktop because they are using "websense" which blocks users installing programs.

Any help is appreciated.

Can't you attach a USB thumbdrive to your computer and transfer it that way?

nice reading comprehension!
Doh! I assumed it was a server or some sort. It would make sense why would someone have it physically inaccessible.

I cant seem to get it to register an account. I have 2 aol accounts and it wont let me register either of them and when I create a new one I get an error message :(

You've been Websense'd.

It has the taste for human blood now.

Just give up before you get fired.

how would it be illegal? its my own documents and stuff (resume, music, etc). I just dont have access to the computer right now. I would have to get my supervisor to get the key and then open the casing and such. He's on a dinner break right now and I'll be leaving in a few. I needed them before I go home....so thanks for the help with the xdrive!

you are speaking to a very large community, who as a collective entity, has been witness to every nameable excuse for fraud.

Forgive us for stereotyping you, but that's how such communities roll...

exactly, i have no idea who you are and don't want to be an accessory if you are stealing company secrets from the government contractor that you may or may not work for. like i said we have no way knowing what you are doing and if it is legit, so of course there will be skepticism

...and of course the word "Websense" in an OP raises our red flags faster than the French can raise their white ones....

Um... ignoring the easiest solution ftw?

Zip the folders, e-mail the zip files to yourself.
