Ok. If you are even a remote fan of this show, you must watch tonite's ep!

I'm not kidding when I say it's the BEST EPISODE of the season! But hey, I said that last week also -- well, it was... before I saw tonite's ep!

Here are some highlights without giving away details or characters names:

- this episode definitely is the most action-filled yet. remember 1x02 where Walsh and Bauer tag-teamed against the 3 hostiles in the office building complex? Or 1x04 with Bauer and the black female LAPD cop on the trail of the name-less baddie? Well those are the closest in "style" to what happens in this ep, but that doesn't say much because this ep is so much better! BTW IMHO, the quality of the action scenes in this ep approach that of a well-budgeted Hollywood movie, not a weekly TV series!

- at some point in this ep is the most emotional scene yet, many fans have been waiting for it

- learn something interesting about both Rick and Tony

- also, more progression in David Palmer's story arc - some strange things happening w.r.t his "quest" for the "truth".

If you want more details pm me, i will change the topic to "spoiler alert" after the episode starts and people start posting more detailful messages. ;)

The action scene wasn't that impressive, and that Rick would have been killed for sure
walking around the side of the van to fire like that.

next week looks killer as well!

what's up with his wife? i know what supposedly happened to her, but it seems she's in a lot more serious pain than we think

i can't believe that squirrly guy who helped them got shot....now they've gotta tote his wounded butt around for another 12 episodes! heheh

I have this theory that Rick is actually working for Drazen and has been working for him since the very beginning. Now Rick is in a perfect position to take out Bauer and his family (as Drazen pointedly mentioned to Gaines an ep or two ago, but of course did not say how he would achieve that).

Or maybe I'm just waaaay off here.... ;)

Maybe she's just really hungry? She looks like she weighs about 80 pounds.
