Doctors Keller and McKay go to Earth to witness a scientific demonstration conducted by McKay's rival, Malcolm Tunney. Unfortunately, Tunney's device creates a life-threatening situation. Bill Nye guest stars.

SGA: Episode #0516, "Brain Storm."

Will probes a father's suicide and enlists the help of a gifted teen artist who may hold the key to explaining the man's death. Elsewhere, Ashley copes with Druitt's disclosure.

Sanctuary: Episode #0107, "Edward."

McKay, you old dog you. This episode hints at McKay not being in next series(haven't paid attention to pre-release info if any) or more accurately wanting out of SG activities.

Haven't they cancelled another season of SGA in favor of the next spin-off?

Ya, they cancelled the show. I was just murmuring about the storyline.

Well was kinda disappointing. Granted, some cool character development (McKay is finally becoming somewhat cool), but what 3 episodes left. Where's the big buildup for a finale? Just seemed to be another filler episode IMO.

Don't get me wrong, I still enjoyed it....but I'm just sayin

I looked ahead at the episode guide and it really doesn't look like a big buildup. I think thats because they intend to do a movie.

You have no idea; I was expecting a quick cameo and instead he ended up being a full fledged guest star. There are at least half a dozen good quotes from that episode alone.:D

Bill Nye: Well, you're married. So I call dibs.
McKay: I'm Dr. Rodney McKay. Difficult takes a few seconds. Impossible, a few minutes.

The episode itself wasn't all that great, it played out like a SciFi B-movie, but the characters and Keller in evening wear make up for it. The McKay/Keller thing is a bit creepy though, he has 14 years on her; it may as well be cradle robbing.

I knew you would be 'ing when it aired and you are so right, there were so many great lines even though it was a "filler" episode ViRGE!
