Anyone know if the guy that's playing the Green Arrow is the same guy that was supposed to be Aquaman for the show that never got picked up?

Looks a lot like the same person.

Also that plant lady (I'm assuming Poison Ivy but they never said that) looked like the girl that was on the pilot for Aquaman also.

Guess they just wrote them into Smallville after the show didn't get picked up?
