Will they ever turn him into superman for real? do they have the licensing to do that? The stories are getting really lame.

two weeks ago was about clark losing his memory.

anyway, why the heck did they just flash a picture of a factory for a split second after chloe screemed "help!!!" and before the smallville opening credits were shown?

Hum, this is kinda lame that the WB has House of Wax in theaters now and does a smallville of wax also.

Oh well, I'm still gonna keep watching. :p

That was the first fatality I can remember in Smallville. Well, the first somewhat grotesque one.

BTW, I just realized that I am old and watching a show where the stars are about to graduate high school. WTF. :p

OMG, I had no idea, I knew she looked older that the rest of the girls on the show but she's 27. I mean yea she's supposed to be older cause she plays a college freshman. But then again, the guy who plays clark is 28... so, I guess I'm a bad jugde of age. Actually the only one on that show who can really pull off a 18 year old is lana, I think she' 23.

I don't know what it was but Lana looked much hotter in this episode than in previous ones. Did she have a slight hair color change? Highlights?

what a cheezy episode, a loser what wants to hold onto his highschool years... why not just get left back.... the casting was wrong too, they picked this surfer dude when they should have cast a more nerdy woodyallen type.

you have missed MANY fatalities then. watch season 1 again.

as for the second question, it doesn't look like smallville is ending anytime soon. they seem to be talking about the future (clark going to school near home, lana not going to college, etc.) which leads me to believe that WB has renewed their contract with the series.

what irks me sometimes is that there have been over a dozen deaths/"accidents"/"incidents", yet nothing in the school is really affected by it... sure they pass it off by saying everyone deliberatly ignores all the stuff that has happened since the meteor storm incident, but... students and teachers dying mysteriously via shattering and other whatnot... and all those times they've been taken over as hosts, etc etc... sheesh... even Lana's boyfriend in the first season went through like a couple trucks before the scriptwriters killed him off and everytime its not like a big deal to him

The entire 4th season has been really lackluster. Lots of building to something, but it doesn't look like they really built to anything, if the season finale is next week. :(
