Pilot:
Secret Service agents Lattimer and Bering save the life of the President of the United States and soon find themselves "rewarded" with a transfer to the top-secret Warehouse 13. Here they meet Artie Nielsen, the caretaker of the mysterious warehouse, who tells them about their new job.

I guess this is the premiere week for SyFy.
This and Eureka on Friday.
I will give it a watch, especially because I like Saul Rubinek.

A presidential visit to a museum puts two secret service agents (Eddie McClintock, Joanne Kelly) on opposite sides of the action, resulting in an encounter with the mysterious Mrs. Frederick and their transfer to a top-secret facility in South Dakota in the opener of the comedic sci-fi drama.

Episode #0101. "Warehouse 13."

I give the first epi a big "meh".
I did find the character "Mrs. Fredericks" pretty good, but the stars, I don't know.
Not much charisma.
And the Saul Rubinek character was a little over the top.

I'll second the "meh". The vibe set up by the pilot has it coming off as a Eureka derivative (e.g. the quirky characters), with a very hearty dash of CSI thrown in because drawn-out drama is cheap. In other words, it seems a lot like police drama where they replaced "whodunit" with "whatdunit". Perhaps the later episodes won't feel like this, but we'll see.

I also thought the ending was weird. I mean really, the final scene is at what amounts to a Roman orgy? It doesn't feel much like a sci-fi show.

just watched the 1st episode. pretty interesting series. I think I'll keep watching this one. Kind of like X-Files and Fringe and I love those shows.
