As for tonight's episode, it shed a lot of light on the characters in Fox Pen., except for Teabag, it's like "wrong time, wrong place" for all of them!

It had the word BOOZE on it. It looked like the upside down was in numbers, like...

I believe both were just general acts showing the type of things he did to research his tattoos. I don't think we were supposed to understand exactly how they tie in at this point in time.
