That's why it's one of the top shows on TV now, right? All of them aren't great, but I wouldn't say they are the worst. Remember Jack's wife from season 1 of 24?

Pffft. The American public has proven over and over again that they have horrible taste. 1/3 of the population consider themselves NASCAR fans. Nuff said.

ill drink to that! Then again I dont really watch reality or tv series' like the OC so I guess I cant bash it too much. I just remember my g/f made me watch it with her once and I thought the acting was horrid...could have just been the small time I saw it

BUT CHEERS TO OC BEING ON TONIGHT! 😉
 
I actually watched The Contender, for some reason the end fights were pretty good, other than that it reminded me of MTV's road rules or something of that sort
 
Sorry, but Peter Gallagher is a great actor, and Kelly Rowan plays Kirsten Cohen perfectly... Adam Brody is great as Seth, although I don't like the rest of the cast too much... I guess Melinda Clarke makes a great 'bitch' character... she seems to play Julie Cooper-Nichol pretty well I guess. The rest of the cast... well they could replace Ben McKenzie & Mischa Barton and I don't think anyone would notice in terms of acting ability; just get someone who can throw a decent punch and take one and you've got Ryan's replacement right there.

If you are talking about the drug dealer at the end ... yea he got OWNed hard...wtf is Ryans brother doing with that chick? He can get all kinds of ass in the OC...he is just gonna his ass in trouble again. Next week and the next few episodes should be good.
 
i hope they don't make Trey go for Marissa, though it does look like its headed that way.

Another good episode. I thought the drug dealer guy was gonna slip his stash into Ryan's pocket so the cops would think he did it. That woulda been some drama!

Yeah. I just think the sh1t with Kirsten and what's his name is really the best way to go. They should have saved it for next season, since Sandy already had his fling with that one chick.

I wondered when the episode where Zach stole Summer back would take place, guess this is it.
 
another good episode. the resolution of the drug case was a little ridiculous ("I'll drop all charges in the morning") but I still bought it.

my theory on the seth/summer ryam/marissa hookups is that one pair will be a couple while the other is broken up. They'll just keep going back and forth. You gotta give it to Zach for masterminding the downfall of seth/summer... who thought he could be such a good bad guy.

I'm a new OC fan and would like to catch up on the first season which i completely missed. Where's the best and cheapest place to buy the first season dvd set?
