Tonight's Jericho 03/04/2008

Good episode so far tonight, if they kill off this show in the next year or 2 my wife and I will be VERY disappointed... they've taken a LOT of characters, let some main ones die off, forgotten about a few, and still created an interesting environment that people actually care about. Tonights episode, along with most of the ones that have come out after the peanut fiasco have really been entertaining TV.

Bump for a great show.

They gained 1 million viewers last week.

Now that today's show is new (not internet leaked), ratings should be even stronger.

Hopefully, the primaries won't affect this weeks ratings that much.

I just hope that the show jumps the shark and makes it through the season.

That was BS though, I guess she wanted off of the show. But what a way to go, taking out 3 Ravenwood lackeys.

She was, or is the heart of the show, along with Mimi. And a major reason I got hooked on it in the first place.

I agree on all counts... i really liked her and her brothers relationship.

This is one of my favorite shows, i only found it last week and have watched all the episodes up to todays show.

That ravenwood dude needs to die... in a hurry.

another season would be nice, and they could wrap up the show on a high note. these shows get dragged on sooo long and go from great to "this shit is old". LOST is a good example, but I'm glad it's on pace to end finally.

Awesome show. I was pretty scared that they wouldn't be able to follow along after the end of last season, but they seem to have chose a good direction. I'm even more hooked than last season.

I haven't been following the threads on the show, so maybe this has already been noted and explained: what is with the missing dialog? There have been numerous scenes where you can see that the characters are speaking, but there is no sound. I know it's not my set, or a signal problem, because the background sounds and music are clearly audible. Have the producers muted dialog that no longer matches revised plot lines? Are they removing references to things that were cut from earlier episodes and would no longer make sense? Are they covering for a script supervisor who missed continuity errors with the dialog, and hoping somehow we wouldn't notice that the actors' lips move without sound? Am I the only one here who noticed this?

It's only like that when they show what happened on previous episodes. Lost is like that too.

I hope they just send Constantino off to some prison somewhere and nip the problem in the bud that way.

Several of them, actually! He kept disarming them and turning them over the CTU, though. Jack Bauer doesn't need nukes to kill, and carrying one of them around in that man purse of his would probably just slow him down!

Besides, it's pretty obvious that Jack Bauer doesn't exist in this "alternate TV reality" of Jericho. If he did, all of the bombs would been disarmed during the first 24 hours of the show

Prissy boy Jack has the backing of a legitimate US authority in a structured, functioning, world class society. Hawkins is virtually fighting alone against a renegade, business owned coup reigning over the US, in the nuclear holocaust wastelands they generated.

Missed the pilot last year in season, didn't bother catching up but it did look interesting. After seeing a thread on it earlier this year I wend back and watched season 1 over a weekend. Glad I did, great story/characters but still saw potential for series disaster in season 2.

So far it has far exceeded expectation, awesome pace, expanded (& interesting) main story lines, superb character devolepment. Hated to see the deaf hottie die, but the swift and just retribution was perfect. As much as I love Lost I have to admit Jericho is vastly superior.
