it takes about a week to get a watchable 24 episode after it airs from bit torrent. also, last time i tried, it wouldn't download... it'd say that i had 500 seeds or something, but it would never start downloading.

tried codec packs... don't want too many. i might get a virus instead of codecs.

also, does vlc work for windows? i thought it was primarily a mac app....

VLC will work for pretty much all platforms.
