It is on at the same time as Dollhouse, but definitely worth checking out. It is about a squad of SWAT that specializes in the use of psychology to diffuse hostage negotiation situations.
 
I'm probably going to watch this instead of Dollhouse again. It's nice that the newer episodes of this show aren't as cheasy anymore. I love being able to identify the shooting locations that are a block or so away from where I work.
