Tonight's Dr. Who & Battlestar Galactica Episodes [12-15-2006]...

Finally caught up to BSG. SpaceChannel only airs BSG on saturdays here. By that time I would have downloaded it and watched it already. I sure would like to see it in my big screen though. 🙁

Is it just me, or is Baltar looking quite "Jesus"-like tonight? I'm trying to decide if they're going to tie Christianity, Christmas or just Coincidence into the storyline with that.

Yeah. I have a feeling he is going to warn Galactica.

Did anyone else notice that BSG will be on sundays at 10pm when it comes back?

Yeah, that was a wtf moment there. 🙁

No more SG1, I wonder what SciFi Fridays are going to be now.

And yes, this script is playing Baltar right into the Jesus role.... chosen one. (That was a spoiler maybe)

Good episode!

finally

I think the last few were good episodes even though the vast majority of you folks do not seem to agree. Without that entire plot and character development the tension between Apollo and Starbuck would not make sense. Furthermore I think it is silly to expect every single episode of BSG to be some action packed blow-crap-up stuff. I remember some special they aired back when they released the mini-series is that BSG should be thought of as a soap opera drama set in space; the special effects are just extras. As such I think the viewers need to keep that in mind.

I would wager that if it was just nothing but mindless space battles week in and week out, many people here would be complaining that there were no plot and character driven episodes.

even though i initially hated that boxing episode, i have to agree with what's said above. without character development, this show would go nowhere. They just have to be careful and not throw in too much character development a la lost

One thing I don't understand. It appears that Adama didn't know that they faked the babies death and that Hera was alive. I thought he was in on that whole thing?

The show would be just as good without the Starbuck/Apollo/Sam love triangle.

wow...starbuck has cheated on Sam before...Apollo isn't the first? damn...

I expect Starbuck to get around... I mean she even slept with Baltar.

LOL, I love it

Original series Starbuck was a ladies man, got quantity AND quality of Colonial ass.

New series Starbuck will fvck whoever she wants, just out of spite. I'm suprised that she hasn't gone after a Cylon yet.

And let me just say: Tricia Helfer and Lucy Lawless, doubleteaming Baltar? That BASTARD! ARRGH!
