Just eating leftovers...
Steak subs for dinner tonight, made with venison tenderloin (the fillet mignon of deer) MMmmmmm. So tasty and so tender. Plus, virtually fat free (except the cheese) It almost seemed wrong to use a whole tenderloin for steak subs, but I still have several packages left. I'm not sure if it's from a deer I shot or from a fresh road kill deer, but it sure was delicious!

smoked salmon sandwich with some tartar sauce, lettuce, and tomatoes. mmmm, first time i've had smoked salmon.

I had a really good seawead salad (konbu/hishiki). Interesting fact I found, hishiki carries a warning in Canada because of it's extreemly high levels of Arsenic . . . but it tastes so good . . . mmmm

P.S., Also, Konbu is *ABSOLUTELY LOADED* with MSG. I have to wonder why people consider this health food :D
