Tonight's CSI

Can someone please tell me exactly what happened at the end of tonight's CSI, as Grissom found Zephyr in the basement of the house? My Tivo cut off the ending, and I think I missed about 30 seconds to a minute or so... (Grrrr)

they arrested him, but before they took him away, grissom checked his mouth to check if he had like a "skin pocket" in his mouth like the dead guy, and he found nothing...but the end just shows zephyr in the car, and he coughs up a key out of his mouth and it ends there
