Tonight's Battlestar Galactica MIDSEASON PREMIER Episode [01-16-2009]...

holy shit. Wait, so is this exactly after the last real episode? Should I have watched the web episodes? Fill me in.
 
Ugh. Will almost definitely not be able to watch it at 10pm, nor at 12am. And apparently the next and only replay I am finding will be at 9:30am Saturday morning. Sci-fi is full of retards when it comes to scheduling. Sure, you expect a large percentage of the viewership of BSG to watch it at 10pm Friday night. That's acceptable considering the stereotype of either young sci-fi geeks who don't go out Friday nights or grown adults who don't need to go out every weekend night. But as a college student who tends to go out weekend nights, and not wake up early... sigh. 🙁

Don't make me torrent this. Please. It's gonna be more effort, as I'll have to play it on my roommates 360 and would rather just watch it as it airs. Damn you Sci-Fi !!!! You make me do these things.

Yes, yes I do. Used to have one then ditched it when I went HD. Too much of an image quality snob, and don't want to pay monthly fees for renting an HD one from the cable company.
What shall I do eh? I'm looking at the Digeo Moxi, but at $800 it's a pretty penny. But I figure that's pretty close to what I'd have to pay to rebuild a new HD-PVR with quality HD tuning, and even then I likely wouldn't be able to ditch the cable box, versus the cable bill would get cheaper with the Moxi as it'd have 2 CableCards, instead of a digital box. I think TWC here in Columbus will do that... not sure though.

I highly doubt they will reveal the "Final Cylon" in this episode. They always began the season 4 episodes with that crap and never revealed all of them. It is more of a slogan than a summary.
 
All that you would ever need from the webisodes is that Gaeta caught teh gay, and now needs to talk to the admiral about how the cylons are evil.
