Toner cartridge on my Laserjet 4

Does streaks down the center of the pages when printing. Anyone encounter this and know of a solution to solve it. I've so far opened my toner cartridge and wiped the streaks from the blue part of it.

HP Laserjet carts have the printing drum built in. Original HP carts are only useable for about 2-3 refills. Replacement carts have longer lasting drums, and can be refilled more time.

The streak indicates a worn out drum or dirty fuser roller - or roller cleaning pad.

If you replace the cartridge with a good remanufactured one, it sould come with the parts and instructions as to how to clean the fuser roller, corona wires, and replace the felt pad.

There are many sources of replacement carts.
