I need to send an email to my recruiter. I hope to continue the interviewing process and haven't gotten an official rejection yet. Is there a better way to phrase this?

"Hi,

I am following up with you regarding my response to your email. I am available tomorrow or Monday after 10 AM Eastern."

Hi,

I am following up with the email I responded to earlier. I am available tomorrow, or Monday morning after 10:00am Eastern.

What you really want to say:

Hey Jackass,

Why the fuck haven't you responded to my email last week. Are you compensating for a small dick by asserting your control over this situation by making me wait unnecessarily? Fuck you for making me follow up on this but I have availability to talk with your dumb ass today.

What you have to say:

Hi,

I am sending this email in reference to our discussion last week to let you know my availability for the upcoming week. I am available:

Monday 12:59pm-1:00pm
Tuesday 12:58pm-12:59pm
Wednesday 1:00pm-12:59pm
Thursday Blah
Friday Blah

Please let me know what works for you.
