TomTom One 3rd Edition lagging

I've been using my tomtom one 3rd edition more than usual lately because i need it to tell me how to get to my interviews. i've noticed that it seems to be lagging behind a bit.

anyone else experiencing this or have experienced it?
 
I had one for a bit.

It didnt lag. But it did make poor decisions all the time when coming up with directions, and it had rotten POI's. Didnt have much and they were frequently off by several blocks, which made it all the more difficult when using poor directions. Couldnt get the update software to work right so the POI's never improved, nor the directions.

I just had it check for updates about a week ago. don't know what version it has off hand though.

mine says version 8
