Tom's Teaser on Alienware like case (Updat from Newegg)

The information is pretty brief but, we should be getting more information soon. I hope Anandtech does a review of this case! You can find the case for sale in Canada and the UK already!

It's a bit unusual, but it's hard to argue about effectiveness. Considering how badly the cucumber ended up in some of the tests, my hands cringe in pain just considering what could happen.

Yeah, my friend says that same thing all the time, but I think that case is beautiful. Sometimes the plastic just makes the case just look more attractive, and I personally like more abstract cases over the plain metal cases.

I agree.

I my mind form follows function. Good workmanship is what I find most atractive in plain metal cases. Good color, tight tolerances, good lines.

Any extra plastic is just BS, to me.

Plus it's all bulky and takes up so much more room then is nessicary. (plus you can't set empty pop cans ontop of it!!)

to each their own, I guess.

well, all the wavemaster is is a piece of steel with aluminum wrapped around it yet soooo many people like it and use it

Looks pretty ugly to me. im a fan of the coolermaster and lian li cases. As drag said clean lines and quality make a case aesthetically pleasing to me. That antec case they reviewed is nice though.

You should try messing around with some older Sun boxes, I cut my hand up pretty bad when removing a harddrive from one once, got a wound that was like 5 mm deem and maybe 3 cm long, bled all over the place, my boss wanted me to get it stitched but I don't like doctors much...

As for that Alienfreak case, it looks like the case equivalent to WinXP's default theme.

This case has some issues for me at least.

-Only one 80mm rear fan. First I like 120's, they move slower, move more air and are quieter.
-No motherboard pull out trey
-Has a door, doors break, doors inhibit access.
-air flow seems highly resricted. Where's it even come in at
-A wothless case for water cooling, becase of limted air flow where you might situate a heatercore.

They're too small for my taste, I like big cases
