A government defense company held interviews for their Financial Leadership Program a few weeks ago at 5 different college campuses. There was a total of 60+ qualified people selected for the initial screening process.
Out of the 60+ people, the company has invited around 25 people to come back to their HQ for the final interview process. The day consists of touring the company, along with interviewing with at least three different people.
They will choose 6-8 people out of those 25.
I interviewed with dozens of companies before and feel very comfortable with this process. I have studied this company relatively extensively and have several good questions to ask.
Any other tips? Or maybe just a goodluck?
P.S. Yes, I do have a job lined up already, but this position is my first preference.
