The quote ***NAMES*** the 84.43 drivers and ***NOT*** the newer 91.xx series, as I originally pointed out.

are you for real or do you post stuff like this just to start fights?

edit: i have an nvidia card, so maybe you'll listen to me. nvidia isn't naming the 84.43 driver as a preferred driver. they release their drivers in numbered order. whatever came before the 84.43 doesn't have something that is needed for the game to run it's best, so they say "84.43 or newer" indicating the earliest release of their driver you can use to run the game is 84.43. regardless of which driver actually IS the best, they are not indicating you should use the 84 series driver.

It looks better on NV hardware, ATI has image quality issues.

Still waiting for that link. If you're going to make a claim that like, try to back it up with something.

ATi not only runs it faster (only benchmark I have seen with it), it was NV that had issues. NV had to release some emergency drivers.

No matter what we did, we could not cure the problem. We tried multiple driver revisions. We dropped the resolution to a paltry 800x600. When even the insane grunt of GeForce 7900 GTX SLI failed to improve things, it was clear NVIDIA has driver problems with this game. For any random game, this would be an annoying and you'd wait for a patch or fix. Since Legend is a TWIMTBP game, this performance issue is inexcusable, but given the splash screen extolling the virtues of playing the game on NVIDIA hardware (at up to 2560x1600 no less) this problem is downright reprehensible

Where are these IQ problems ATi is supposed to be having? Looks like its NV with the problems, with a TWIMTBP game, again.
