Tomb Raider demo won't launch?

Hey guys, just downloaded the new TRU demo and I cant seem to run it at all. I have an 8800gt, e2180@3.2ghz and 2gb of ram on xp. I just upgraded my drivers to whatever is the latest on nvidias site. What happens is if I try to launch it nothing happens, at all. No error msg's or anything, it just looks like its loading and then just stops after 2 seconds or so. Anyone else had this problem and solved it?
