Tomato Paste > Ketchup

Better taste, better consistancy, no sugar added, overall much better. No more ketchup for me in the near future.

for things like spaghetti we either make a sauce with a base of one of those 4cheese sauces, or we start it with just a can of tomato sauce (pureed).
