Everything was working fine then major problems after setting up the filters for Directv whole-home-DVR. There's a few screenshots below, please point out anything you see as I get internet plugged directly into the cable modem but not thru the router. Also feel free to ask questions if you think you can help. Please contact me ASAP if you can be of any help.

Your router is not getting an IP address from the modem. Did you put a filter on the connection that the modem is attached to? If so, try removing that filter and make sure the cable between the wall and the modem and the modem and the router are attached securely and in the right places (wall to modem, modem to LAN/Internet port on the router), then unplug power from both the modem and the router for a few minutes, then plug the modem back in and wait until all of the lights turn on and then plug the router back in again.
