I am partial to Top Gun, the 1st of it's kind as far as naval avaition goes. Alongside Kelly McGills, Val Kilmer, it's an amazing movie. However, I just saw The Last Samuri, that movie was great as well. What are your thoughts on the best Tom Cruise movie ever?

I liked him in Minority Report and Top Gun. Overall, I am not really a Cruise fan.

Edit: Oh yeah, I think he performed well in Rainman too.

Holy hell, im completely forgot about days of thunder thats me 2nd fav!!! I've seen is a few 100 times! and Robert Duval is the man

The only Tom Cruise movie that is worth watching is A Few Good Men.

The Last Samurai is very mediocre and second by a long margin.

Everything else is a waste of film.

I'm partial to his older stuff:

1) All the Right Moves
2) The Outsiders (though he was more of a support role)
3) Taps
4) Mission Impossible

man, actually he was in a lot of great movies hehe.

I do not deny him as a good actor, for which I think he is.

I liked Minority Report, rainman, MI:1, Jerry McGuire, Last samurai.
Top Gun was just for fun hehe, fun movie.

probably fav is Minority Report. great movie
