Actually the clip was fro mteh same time all the "is Tom Cruise going mad" threads popped up along with "the next Micheal Jackson" threads.

He is loosing it, but it has to do with the deal he inked on War of the Worlds. The more people he brings to theaters (see: ublicity whore) the more he makes. I think he only got points on this one and no flat rate. Atleast that is what I've read. I guess that's what happens when you work 3/52 weeks per year. But do 16 hours days for 3 weeks straight.
