"reimbursing himself for a secret scheme to fund an anti-union spy operation"

I bet that will make unions happy. Gives them a record of a Wally exe. saying what they have said for a long time.

"Coughlin used the gift cards himself at Wal-Mart stores and Sam's Club outlets, buying three 12-gauge shotguns, a Celine Dion compact disc, Stolichnaya vodka, wine and Polish sausage among other things, the paper said."

So what you got planned for the weekend :p

It's amazing how the psychology for sucessful capitalists and thieves are alike. Both have to build up a complex as to why they deserve to take so much money from the people because it is mind boggling. I know some of you would say they aren't taking it, the people are giving it to them. This is only half true because it takes two to tango. And on the rich guy's side, or the thieve's side, they often end up thinking they deserve the money and the giver doesn't. That's the psychology. It's an addictive state of mind once someone has bought into it, and thievery becomes a compulsion. That's why rich guys who have too much money want more. They are convinced they deserve it, and will eventually get it any way they can.

Fascinating, but that's like a drop in the bucket for this guy. WTF was he thinking?? Why is he stealing from the store when he's already filthy rich???

Maybe this is all part of some bigger, more complex scheme. Because on the surface it is retarded.

You should have titled this "Tom Coughlin gets convicted of stealing money, gift cards and merchandise from Wal-Mart!", just to get a rise out of Giants fans. :D I would have fallen for it. :p

EDIT: For clarification.

Heh, I was already thinking it was Giants coach. What a relief to find out it isn't!
