I'm building a house for a client who happens to have only one arm. He can make do with the left side, but would rather have the lever on the right side. Just thought maybe someone had some info..??

It depends where the right side is. Are you talking about looking at the toilet from the front or by sitting on it?

older toilets, like ones we have from the late 70's are on the right. Facing the toilet. As you say. As for any that make it anymore? Let me google and see. . .

I don't know where to get them but they do make them. I had a friend whose parents built a house and it had the lever on the right side (when standing facing the toilet).

Try the UK, we have them on the right when you look at it, maybe someone could ship, unless the cost would be a bit much.

Don't you have a Dremel tool?
🙂

Actually it's a funny thing. I never gave a second thought to the fact that I've never seen a right-hand flush toilet. Kinda like you don't realize women's shirts button the wrong way...

Actually, so I have been informed, womens' shirts button the right way, and mens' are backwards because they used to be dressed by servants or such, and were often women.
