Toggling proxy on/off

I'm looking for a way to quickly toggle the "use proxy server for lan" checkbox within the Connection/Lan Settings dialog window.

I use the proxomotron sometimes, but don't like to have proxy enabled all of the time and its such a hassle to go into Internet Options each time to enable/disable it. Isn't there an easier way to do this?

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\"ProxyEnable"
