From the article:
WATAUGA, Texas ? A 17-year-old faces a felony charge of injury to a child after police found a videotape that appears to show him and another man teaching his 2- and 5-year-old nephews to smoke marijuana, police said.

I cannot seem to find a video on the internet.

I am not a person that believes that MJ should be illegal or on the gov'ts Schedule 1, but that is not right in any way. It's the same as giving a child alcohol or smoking cigarettes around children...give them a fvckin chance.

I felt a little guitly for getting a cat high once when I was a teen. Getting a kid high is another thing altogether. As an anti-prohibitionist, I hate seeing idiots like this get associated with casual drug users by default. I've known medical doctors who get high (not on call obviously), yet ideologues will point to these kids as typical of drug users.

This isn't about pot. It's about disturbed kids doing disturbiing things to other kids.

That said, pot isn't a good thing for any developing mind, just like alcohol, meth, nicotine, etc. I doubt pot made these kids do this, but it certainly isn't helping them.
