Fact 1 Puppies > Children

Fact 2 Kids go limp when in a situation like that, its a natural defense mechanism. Thats why when kids fall over they dont get hurt. Adults tense up and thats what breaks bones etc

Not gonna watch the video, but I thought the kid was 4. Far from a toddler. If 4 is a toddler, is 2 a "newborn"?
