Today's Windows Cumulative update patch not showing up?

I checked for updates today and it says my computer is up to date. However, checking another Windows 10 PC, it downloaded and installed today's update that was just released.

Has anyone seen this before and knows what is going on? I really don't want to be going around installing updates manually!

I've checked several times and rebooted also, still nothing showing up. Very odd. Also, Office 2016 updates are not showing up either along with the Windows Malicious Removal tool.

Is there a way to reset the windows update catalog index or something like that?
I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the fact that I upgraded this computer from 8.1 to 10?

Wasn't there earlier, now, it showed up. Unsure why, maybe they are doing a phased rollout of them?

When I checked around 1pm ET I didn't see it but shortly after 2pm ET it showed up for me. Normally I wouldn't have checked again so soon but my tablet automatically checked when I booted it up and they showed up.

Well, I don't know what's going on. Mine seems to be the only computer i've seen so far that doesn't have the updates showing up. I think it may have something to do with the fact I upgraded recently from 8.1 to 10.

I even tried resetting windows update from this site but that didn't make a difference. It keeps thinking my pc is up to date.

Got updates last night on a win 7 and win 10 machine.

I guess it's who they think is the coolest first?
