I roasted a paprika chicken to be used for nibbling and sandwiches this week

I baked chicken breasts with basil,garlic,oregano,bay leaf,sliced fresh onions,peppers and mushrooms
add a dash of olive oil and low fat country italian dressing,enough water to moisten and baste with.

I made 16 meatballs and a tomato and basil sauce.

I sliced up some tomato and basil bread,drizzled with olive oil,topped with red roasted peppers,garlic cheese and imported black olives,broil till the cheese melts

Fresh french bread,broiled with butter and garlic
 
It sounds like you'll need help eating all of that ... 🙂 *drools* Can I come over for dinner?
