today's foxtrot (and calvin and hobbes) 2/7

just saw todays foxtrot

love the reference, but was wondering, is today any special day to be paying homage to c&h? or is it just a random reference?

Is the "This way it's an homage...not a ripoff" a reference to a certain C&H line? Because it's supposed to be "a homage", not "an homage". I just found that odd that it would get by the editors unless deliberate

That depends entirely on whether you pronounce the "h" or not.

That depends entirely on whether you pronounce the "h" or not.

And you shouldn't. So the "an" is correct.

My English grammer kind of sucks, I didn't even know you had a choice when pronouncing "homage"

The dictionary says you can pronounce it with or without the h.

Me like this comic. C ad H ruled. I have all of watterson's comic novels. 🙂

And the "an" is right because i say "awe-mige"
