Oh yeah, here comes the rationalization already. You take somebody into your confidence, get them to think you're helping them out, or saving them from the vultures up the street, then knife 'em in the back once they're sucked in. Hey, good for you.

Service plans on laptops and desktops pretty much pay for themselves. 1 battery and 1 ac adapter replacement on a laptop alone will end up paying for itself. Not to mention a free diagnostic should anything being to go haywire on the computer.

Ipod PSPs probably pay for themselves easily. Best Buy recently stopped sending IPODs in unless they had a PSP because of the sheer amounts of them we had to deal with.

Work in the Geek Squad for 2 months and you'd be able to see it.
